A lot of people have the wrong idea about therapy and I want to change that.

I started therapy again a few months ago. I’d been to therapy before with fantastic results. I had learned valuable tools to deal with my anxiety and depression that I will use for the rest of my life. It’s been around 7 years since then, and while things in my life have improved greatly, there are still things that I’d like to better understand and deal with, and I know therapy can help me do just that. 

Over the next few weeks I’ll be going over my experience with therapy as a way to give those who have never gone, some insight. I won’t be going over details, but I will be presenting my experience in a way that will give everyone an understanding as to how it all works. 

It’s my hopes that by sharing this, that someone who is struggling might make that call and get the help that they need.
